Me Perdi Otra Vez : I Lost Myself, Again
As an artist, there is a constant need for finding one's self. The thing about finding one's self is that you have to lose yourself first. Sometimes it seems like it is so easy to forget who you are. especially these days when there is so much going on everywhere. so much information is being thrown at us from everywhere that it's easy to go numb. this piece is about being aware of everything around me and just taking it in. Living in the present and worrying only about what we have control over. I chose a water bottle ( recycling), a forest on fire (global warming, wildfires), and a calm blank face and a screaming one (how we are vs what we show the world).
